What I Did: Wanted to make these cuties for my daughter’s Christmas party at preschool. I tried using white chocolate instead of the suggested candy melts.
My Result:
Next Time I Will: I did, however save it! Add a little vegetable oil to the white chocolate and that made it much smoother and able to stick to the cookies.
Almond bark is also a good substitue for chocolate- it melts super easy, dries quick. I made these and instead of doing snowmen, I made baseballs. I used red melting candy and did the baseball accents with that. It worked perfectly. And tasted pretty good too!!
I like how you gave them bodies.
coconut oil will make it smoother, tastes better, and gives it a bit of gloss when hardened
