What I Did: I was going to just make my own cookie dough for these, but while at the grocery store I came across a boxed mix for the exact same thing, convenient! Once I mixed it all up, the dough was pretty sticky. However, I was able to roll them up together without much difficulty. But when I took them out of the oven, they just exploded all over each other looking like a hot peppermint mess. lol

Next Time I Will: MAKE MY OWN DOUGH!
