What I Did: I wanted a healthy version of potato chips, so I tried these. I forgot to coat the plate with cooking spray and at five minutes they were not crispy so I kept them in longer. Totally my fault, I should have just done the oven-baked version. These cinders are impossible to get off of the plate.
My Result:
Next Time I Will: I would look up an oven-baked pin, COAT THE PAN, and not be impatient.
Parchment paper! Nothing sticks. I use it for everything, never do I use a pan naked anymore, even with spray.
…or a Sil-pat! I never bake ANYTHING without my Sil-pat anymore. That thing is magic.
