What I Did: I’m on a total soup kick and loved the bright colors of this recipe. It seemed like the perfect (healthy!) recipe to brighten up my dreary winter desk lunch rotation. The color was a bit off to begin with, but my immersion blending game is what really did this in. The whole thing turned out like the consistency and taste (I imagine) of baby food.

Next Time I Will: Buy soup from Hale and Hearty instead.
