What I Did: This project seemed like an easy Easter project for a Saturday afternoon. This is the second time I have tried cake pops with marginal results. Getting the little cakes covered in candy without them falling apart is difficult and one must possess lightening speed to get the decorations affixed before they set.
My Result:
Next Time I Will: Practice, practice, practice I would say. I still ate them! 
I think practicing making cake pops is a wonderful project… one that justifies making enough to achieve absolutely perfect cake pops!
