What I Did: I have a 22 month old and thought that cotton ball painting sounded brilliant! This was the result.
My Result:
Next Time I Will: Will totally do again. What could be better!?

He had a blast!!! I call that a WIN!!!!! 🙂
less paint and stick to the three primary colors to avoid the yucky black mess
That is so cute! Who cares about the colours, kids don’t care. And the mess - that’s the best part of being a kid! Next activity straight after could be the paddling pool with bubbles or something - start the cleanup and colour the water a bit, hehe 🙂
great, he certainly seems to be enjoying himself
Lovely to see you didn’t mind him getting into this state -some people would have had the cleansing wipes out at the first hint of a mess
love it, certainly didn’t turn out like the original pin but I don’t see it as a fail as you both seem to have had lots of fun
LOL! Love this - it is awesome. I think it is a complete WIN!
Win, Win, Win!!!
the 3 primary colors will still make a yucky mess. when you mix any triad, you get black.
Definite win!
Totally laughed out loud!
That first kid looks like Judi Dench!
Good thing you tried it outside!! 😉
I LOVE this!
I love that you gave your son this fun activity. Probably most kids with this project would look like this if they were allowed to really give it their all-you did great!
Awww! the little one looked like he had a lot of fun, that’s all that matters 🙂
LOVE IT
BAHAHAHA!!!! I never actually laugh out loud over the funny things I see on the internet, but here I am, 5:30 in the morning laughing my butt off! I’m in love with this site, and your little boy is adorable! I’ve got a few pics of mine with the same results.
