What I Did: Our mixture started well, but our white chocolate seized and we were not able to use it. Instead, we tried powdered sugar, but the sugar absorbed into the mixture. The gel icing was also hard to pipe.
My Result:
Next Time I Will: use better melting chocolate! If the chocolate had melted correctly, it would make a much smoother finish.
