What I Did: I don’t even know what happened! I just wanted to make little cookie bowls and fill them with M&Ms to surprise my boyfriend when he got home from work.

Next Time I Will: I don’t want to waste cookie dough again but maybe just put the dough on the top of the muffin tray thing and hope it expands down. Also I stretched the dough too thin.
I think the error was you were not supposed to do every single space on the muffin pan, but rather zig zag them as in the original photo so they don’t stick together. You ended up with a decent looking end product so if you space them out next time, I think you’ll be ok!
Did you use store bought cookie dough? These need a very stiff dough. Like a roll out sugar cookie dough with mini chips.
