What I Did: I followed the directions exactly, and microwaved for forty-five seconds. No idea what went wrong!
My Result:
I just tried this and I’m surprised how well it came out. I used a coffee mug and added the ingredients in order, stirring each in as I added it in. Nuked for 45 seconds. Great cookie fix.
I think the biggest problem people have with this is that they just leave it in a huge bowl and not the proper kind of dish for it to bake in the microwave. Use a ramekin, like in the picture. You can also scramble eggs this way.
