What I Did: I chose this for a kid’s Easter party. I used cheap frosting, the roof didn’t quite take! Lol

Next Time I Will: use confectioners adhesive icing!
You don’t need fancy icing for this. I’ve done it before with just powdered sugar and the right amount of liquid (water works fine but lemon juice tastes better)
Royal icing is really easy to make, it’s just plain water icing with egg white really
I think you were also supposed to use edible grass for it…
Agreed, AIP! I used royal icing on a fake, styofoam-form Christmas cake, and it worked like a charm.
