What I Did: Thought these looked adorable and not that difficult….

Next Time I Will: They ended up REALLY crumbly as soon as I took ‘em out of the oven. Which wasn’t cool, because I was freehanding the donkeys (who has a donkey cookie-cutter?). I eventually gave up on the donkey shape and just tried to freeform it and…. This monstrosity happened. At least they tasted sweet!
