What I Did: We were having a Halloween Party for our girls and I decided to make a punch. I saw the frozen ice hands and decided to give it a shot with orange drink. My freezer was too jam-packed with other stuff so the hands froze weird and when I went to take the gloves off after they were frozen a couple of all too convenient fingers had fallen off.
My Result:
Next Time I Will: There is merit to this project. The problem is not that the outcome is unobtainable; the problem is clearly me. Pinterest sent me a clear message, “You are not clever; stop trying.”
Water expands when freezing, also. It looks like you overfilled the gloves. Try only using half the account of liquid next and they might lay a bit flatter.
I must confess to being amused by the one that had the long middle finger extended with the others having broken off. Yes, I’m ashamed of myself.
Faith - I giggled like a hyena and I’m not ashamed. I think that’s epic.
Depending on the audience, this is a WIN.

From the pinned instructions: Cut the glove carefully off the hand and fingers with sharp scissors and float the molded hand in the punch.
Next time, have some space in your freezer BEFORE doing this and cut the glove off. I did find the orange juice hands funny and would have used them anyways.
We tried this as well and the fingers broke off right away. On three separate tries.
