What I Did: I had some “help” in the kitchen and despite my apprehension and warnings my dear man loaded the pans too full. The cakes spilled over in the oven and sadly died. However, I have a possible remedy. Lemon pudding pound cake parfait. Or lemon-vanilla ice cream cups. There’s always a way to fix a disaster, right? Or not. Ha-ha!
