What I Did: I was hosting a bridal shower, with a Mexico/beach theme. I thought these would be a cute party favor for guests. The cookies came out 50/50; some looked like starfish and shells, others more like deformed blobs. The hardest part was the icing. The shells looked less like shells once you put icing on.

My Result:

Next Time I Will: Maybe I’ll make the cookies a little thicker so they are sturdier and more defined. Despite not looking so great, people loved it, and the bride thought they were awesome (I think she meant “hilarious!”).
