What I Did: My sister in law tried to make a candy bouquet using only a brief and shortsighted view of a picture from pinterest. It didn’t turn out too well.

Next Time I Will: Get more candy, chocolate candy, and do a different chocolate candy bouquet…one where we open the chocolate and eat it before we try anything crafty.
Not too bad, can be fixed by removing the worms, maybe replacing with gumdrops or gummy bears, and some long handled lollipops or suckers to be the flowers (Google images has a million versions of “candy bouquet” pics)
You give me a jar of perfectly edible candy with a nice message…I don’t care much whether it resembles flowers. Bonus if those are sour gummy worms on the top. 🙂
You just need some skewers so you can make the gumming worms look like flowers. You could try to spiral them up and then skewer them.
You know - I don’t count it as a fail, either. It’s not food stylist approved, but very few things that we eat are, and I’d be pleased as punch to receive it (or gift it).
Dawn is right- They’ve put all the food, even the long licorice whips, on skewers, then filled the bottom with gummy bears to disguise the bottoms of the skewers. If you ever want to make this that’s all you’ll have to do.
