What I Did: I chose this project because I’ve been experimenting with puff pastry and the instructions looked SO EASY. They weren’t! It took about an hour and a half with slicing apples, rolling the pastry, and laying them out so they stayed inside the pastry. These turned out to be a gooey mess, and I’m pretty sure I ruined my cupcake pan.
My Result:

Next Time I Will: DRY the apples first, and use much less apple. I had half an apple in each one. They were a mess, didn’t look very appetizing, but they tasted amazing! I threw some whipped cream on them and ate it like apple cobbler.

I find that coring the apples, then using a slicer helps to save some time. It also ensures the apple slices are uniform. I think you actually got pretty close. Good luck with the next one!
