What I Did: It’s a WIN!!!!!! My husband *loves* the chicken chili from Jason’s Deli. We were looking for a “copy cat” recipe and found this one, which is supposedly from the Jason’s Deli itself. We followed the directions as written, only we used chicken breasts (browned, and then shredded, via our KitchenAid mixer, another Pinterest Win) instead of a rotisserie chicken. We also doubled the recipe so we could have leftovers for lunches It turned out perfect! My husband is thrilled and says it tastes “like the real deal”.
My Result:
Next Time I Will: Change nothing. It’s great! Next time, I may even triple, or quadruple, the recipe to have some to freeze.
