Try her cake recipe next time. Looks like you use a boxed mix? It’s impossible to make a jelly roll cake using boxed mixes because the cakes are not dense enough to handle, and they are too wet to roll. They just turn into crumbs when you try.
You will also need a jelly roll cake pan and some cotton towels to roll up the cake once its done.
These are beautiful cakes, but they are also made from scratch…
