What I Did: Recipe did not say how to make ganache. We used 1 cup of cream and a bar and a half of white chocolate….to thin. We added cornstarch, still to thin. Then we added a bar of chocolate and some chocolate chips. Then gave up because we ran out of ingredients. We also couldn’t get it out of the pan.

Next Time I Will: Buy a better pan Look up a recipe for ganache.
