Honestly, I hate these posts where the poster refuses to say what they actually did and blames the recipe for everything wrong with it. I’m sure this is a perfectly good recipe. If everyone put at least a little thought into troubleshooting, then the rest of us readers would be able to learn from the fails. That’s more entertaining than just looking at whatever messy thing is in the picture.
It looks like it may have just been the chocolate layer that was too liquid for any of a number of reasons- I think I see a successful peanut butter layer peeking out underneath there. I think they came really close to a success and should try again with careful attention to the chocolate instructions
I’m a terrible cook, and honestly, sometimes you just don’t know what you did wrong!
Just for the record, I made this pie for dessert for last night’s valentine’s day dinner & it turned out PERFECTLY when you follow the directions. Not a pinterest recipe fail: 100% user fail.
I’m new, so luckily no fails yet. When I have one, or more, I will gladly post them. Don’t be surprised when I show up in the near future.
