Next Time I Will: Umm… change nothing. It tasted delicious, and because it’s gargantuan, I continued eating it for two weeks after the 4th of July.
Other than the layers being different sizes, it looks fine. A slightly denser texture would be better as it can take the weight of multiple layers and cutting in the blue ring
I made this cake and it was a win. The instructions are clear. The only thing I didn’t do was get the red layers as dark as I would have liked. I think you did great. Not a fail at all!
