What I Did: I don’t know what went wrong here. It was below zero overnight and we left the balloons alone for two days and they still never froze completely.
My Result:
Next Time I Will: not fill the balloons fully and make smaller balls.
Try freezing the balloon partially in like a deep freezer next time
