What I Did: First, let me say I used the wrong kind of “string”. I always think i can tweak these things when you’re really just better off FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS. I had some elastic type of string. Disaster!!! I was trying to make egg-shaped ones and when I popped the balloon the elastic drew in and was glued mostly to the balloon. I need to figure out how to glue the string without gluing to the balloon
Next Time I Will: use the correct string, let it dry completely, and use a bigger balloon.

Fabric stiffener is not glue
