What I Did: The rhubarb on my allotment has been great this year and this cake looked like a good way to persuade my partner to eat it… which he did!
Next Time I Will: A cake tin that didn’t leak the syrup out would be a good start, I knew I should have made this in my tarte tatin tin. #1stworldproblems
