What I Did: I really wanted to make a fun Game of Thrones inspired cake for the season premiere. I made a black forest cake with white icing to represent the wall, and on top I added chocolate flames, a huge chocolate dragon’s egg, and little flags representing all of the nine great houses. My last finishing touches were a few cake-pops of Ned Stark’s head on a spike. They’re not so much terrible as just really sad looking. The translucent piping gel was really hard to work with and the chocolate chips made these GIANT sad eyes…
My Result:
Next Time I Will: I will never use those tubes of translucent goo again.
I think yours is the scarier one.
