What I Did: I decided to make this cake as a surprise for a friend who is a massive Harry Potter Fan.
My Result:
Next Time I Will: The taste was perfect! Next time I will make the icing thicker. Despite the cake being completely cool when I iced it, it still fell off. It’s the thought that counts, and we still demolished it
