What I Did: Followed instructions and the cookies are too heavy! They crumble as soon as you pick them up. Not much flavor.
My Result:
Next Time I Will: They seem to need some oil to help combine the ingredients. I added 1 1/2 tbl spoons of coconut oil to the second batch. They turned out better and it also helped out with the flavor.
I made these and they were really easy and worked out really well. Everyone loved them. Actually, I think I’ll make some tomorrow.
