What I Did: I wanted to make this as the dessert highlight for Easter. I didn’t freeze the orange cake cut-outs, and that is where I think this went wrong.
My Result:
Next Time I Will: Next time I will take the time to freeze the orange cake cutouts, and really pack them in the cake pan. I will also make sure the chocolate batter is a bit thinner before pouring.
