What I Did: I tried making mozzarella sticks - not what I had planned! It ended up being one big, flat, melted mess!
My Result:
Next Time I Will: not cook them at such a high temperature, and prepare myself for the worst.
Always freeze mozz sticks. Always.
I seem to remember that freezing the coated cheese stick before baking was supposed to reduce the ooze factor. Hope it helps any future attempts!
