What I Did: I followed the recipe as directed: add apples to the bottom of the crock pot, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Add pork chops on top, repeat apples on top of the chops, let cook for 6-8 hours. Easy enough right? Wrong! Lol! Thank goodness for fast food haha!

Next Time I Will: This definitely needs some sort of liquid to prevent it from turning into a pork chop brick! 😛

I’m guessing you cooked it on high? Maybe low would be better. I’ve done something similar, and unless you have unusually dry apples, just the liquid from the apples is enough.
