What I Did: brownie bites

Next Time I Will: make them in a bigger muffin pan.
We make these all the time. Use a non-stick spray WITH FLOUR (i.e. Pam - the version WITH FLOUR). I hate using commercial sprays, but this was the only thing that made it all work. They get a little hard after a couple of days, but 15 seconds in the microwave makes all the difference.
Also, don’t try to take the brownie bites out of the pans until they are completely cool. If you try to U mold them while they are still hot, they’ll just fall apart
