What I Did: First let me say… after I had peeled and cut all my carrots the exact lengths, I then peeled, peeled, and peeled some more to make all the carrots the same size. After about an hour doing all that, I was feeling pretty impressed and smiled (while a voice in my head told me this is going to be even better than the original one!) Well… curse you whoever posted this on Pinterest for planting ideas in my head and making me think I can make the stuff you post! Seriously, you need a carpenter, engineer, and eight hands to create this lodge. There’s still time to put in your orders in for New Years. 🙂 Good luck on this one!

Next Time I Will: Next time I would just pile all the veggies up in a mound, dump ranch dip on top, and call it the Hobbit Veggie House!
