What I Did: It doesn’t take much to lure me into attempting a Pinterest recipe or DIY. Usually, all I need to see are the words “easy” and “mallows” to be completely sold. Naturally, I was all in when I saw this Pin. Somewhere between dipping the caramel covered mallows in chocolate and walking away to let them harden, they melted together forming an imperfect blob of sticky goodness.
Next Time I Will: I think I would up the refrigeration times to ensure your caramel is hard enough to keep its little oyster ball shape, or just go with it and grab a spoon like I did. Just tell your friends how bummed you were that you had to throw it away…weird.
