What I Did: I must have missed the part of “chill” the dough for four hours and it was 8pm the night before I needed them at work for a Pinterest challenge. Panic set in, I rushed to make them, and put them in the freezer. Well, I doubled the recipe EXCEPT the flour!!!!! Not realizing it, I rolled them, put them in the fridge to firm up more, and then baked them. They spread out like crazy while baking and I thought my dough must not be cold enough….until it dawned on me they only have 1/2 the amount of flour. Darn it….they tasted good for just butter and sugar cookies.
