What I Did: My super crafty friend posted a photo of BEAUTIFUL baked avocado eggs she made for breakfast this morning. I thought to myself, I can so do that. Easy peasy. Mine ended up smelling, tasting, and um… looking? Like fart.
Next Time I Will: I would need to use avocados that weren’t slightly past their prime, and probably dig more of the avocado out before pouring in the egg. Or just eat them separately, because that would most likely be yummier.
