What I Did: My super crafty friend posted a photo of BEAUTIFUL baked avocado eggs she made for breakfast this morning. I thought to myself, I can so do that. Easy peasy. Mine ended up smelling, tasting, and um… looking? Like fart.

My Result:

Next Time I Will: I would need to use avocados that weren’t slightly past their prime, and probably dig more of the avocado out before pouring in the egg. Or just eat them separately, because that would most likely be yummier.

I like eggs and loooove avocado, but I made this, and it was disgusting. Forget about the appearance!

I made this too, and it was really, really yucky. Turned me off of eggs AND avocados for awhile, and I love both!

I learned about 25 years ago that avocado is yucky warm; I had an avocado soup one night at a restaurant. Ugh.

I tried this too, failed and ruined a pan in the process.

                  1. Aubrey says:

First of all… You should cook it in a TOASTER OVEN or an OVEN for about 15 min. And maybe add a little salt and pepper to give it a little taste!
Just my opinion. I hope this was helpful to you!
