What I Did: Earlier today, was wondering around on a website where you enter the ingredients that you have in your house and it shows recipes you can make with those. I found a few that sounded awesome and easy, and I pinned them.

These marshmallow squares seemed super easy. You just melt butter, peanut butter, and chocolate chips together. Then after that’s melted, you add vanilla and marshmallows and spread it out like rice krispie treats.

Not so much.

I am going to try this again. Next time, I fully intend to use a lot more butter. I am also going to melt the butter and chocolate together before adding the peanut butter. The peanut butter seemed to prevent the chocolate from melting smoothly. So instead of getting what looks like rice krispie treats with marshmallows in place of the cereal and chocolate in place of the marshmallow butter goo, I got this chunky chocolate mess with marshmallows mixed in, some of which partially melted.

My Result:

Next Time I Will: I would definitely add more butter and melt the butter and chocolate chips together before adding the peanut butter. I would also toss in some sugar into the melted concoction.

IF you make it again, leave the peanutbutter out it will taste better (and I love peanutbutter)
